This 19 year old girl, Bobbie Hickey from Dublin, Ireland is an inspiration to all of us - she is legally blind from birth, has had 50 operations and 150 minor surgeries. Her outlook on life is quite incredible - her normal is not everyone else's normal, she accepts herself for who she is and will not let others define what she is capable of. In her own words 'it is not what it is that matters, it is how you deal with it that matters'

She finishes her presentation with three excellent tips:
1. Accept who you are and embrace it to get the most out of life
2. Keep a positive attitude when things get tough
3. Don't let other people define what you are capable of.
